PVC Semi Rigid Ducting

The ductings are engineered by the use of non porous, reinforced and water proof material which is made from nylon polyester fabric with a PVC coating on both the sides. The tear strength and tensile potency of the ducts can be managed as per the client requirements. Furthermore, these semi rigid ducting are offered with 150 / 75 / 50 mm pitch spiral spring steel wire reinforcement with wire diameter that ranges or is in conformity to the client needs and requirements. The wire is detained in a position with the support of soldered PVC extruded section on the external margin of the ducting.

We can also supply ducting in lengths ranging from 2 to 10 meters. +/- 10% complete with hooks for hanging by the side of appropriate leak proof couplings. Our Ducting is also utilized for both exhaust & blowing applications. In addition, we can also extend exceptionally light weight ducting for usage in moveable fans, exhaust fans and many more

• They are well distinguished by comparatively light in weight and high potency. Our product is fabricated by covering Virgin PVC on Polyester Fabric. This process further results in very flexible and elastic and trouble free to handle duct. By covering the fabric with virgin PVC Compound that is made up of 100% new PVC without any reused scrap or fill material, we can accomplish lighter covering and less weight.
• One of the exclusive features of our quality assured ducting is that it has rings on both the ends, which makes sure 100% Leak Proof Joints. Its another advantage is that the duct does not drag apart in case the pairing band is spoiled or becomes loose due to any outside force.
• Apart from providing PVC Coupling Bands which consists of Wire Rope & Tightening Bolt as a typical Coupling arrangement, we can also offer Metal Coupling Band.
• There are Plated Spring Steel Suspension Hooks for trouble free installation from Overhead Wire Rope.
• The complete Overhead Wire Rope Assembly with Clamps, Turn Buckle, Bracket, and more are further suggested for instant installation & free lateral movement of ducting.
