The Ducting will be manufactured from non-porous, waterproof, reinforced materials made from Heavy Quality Polyester Fabric having PVC on both sides. This ducting can be used only for BLOWER application & will be supplied in length of 25/50/100 Mtrs.+/-10% complete with CONTINUOUS SUSPENSION STRIP SPECIAL HEAVY DUTY, EXTRA STRONG 100MM WIDE LEAK PROOF PVC COUPLINGS, VELCRO / ZIPPER JOINTS with CONTINUOUS SUSPENSION STRIP and HOOKS for hanging of the Ducting . The width of the imported material is 3.2 Mtr.

Fillers are generally added to increase the weight to reduce the cost of PVC & fillers reduces Adhesion Strength, which directly effects joining quality of the Ducting.
The Ducting manufactured from heavy materials will create more resistance to flow of air as Duct manufactured for light weight Duct materials will take its round shape without any efforts. The Duct strength depends on the Adhesion Strength which is very high in our Duct Material as the fabric is of open mesh which allows total fusion of both the layers of PVC through the opening of the Fabric.
